Submitting on behalf of another user
There are many reasons why you might wish to submit an entry on behalf of another user, but the most common one is if you’re a parent, guardian or teacher and you don’t want to go through the hassle of setting up accounts for all the children in your care.
The first thing you need to do is change your profile so that your capacity is “self and proxy for others”. Once you have confirmed this, you will magically see an area where you can enter the names of all the client users on whose behalf you wish to submit entries. Here’s an example of the kind of thing you’ll see.
Once you’ve set up all your clients, whenever you go to submit an entry you will be asked if you want to submit as yourself or as one of your clients. This is what it looks like.
And that’s about it. The only thing to mention is that when you go to your dashboard now, you’ll not only be able to view the progress of your own entries but also those of your client users.
